Keeping fit is the new trend. Karibu to our Gym and Aerobics Classes everyday. Our Gym opens at 6:00am – 8:00pm weekdays and 8.00 – 5.00pm weekends and public holidays. Aerobics classes are on every weekday 6:30pm – 7.30pm and morning classes at 6:00am – 7:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The type of classes offered are; Steps Aerobics, Dance Aerobics, Insanity and Taebo.

Our Club registered Members currently pay only KES 2,000 per month OR KES 200 per session for both Gym and Aerobics.

If you want to shed off some calories body toning and weight lifting/body building or keep fit away from the on field activities, make a date with our Gym/Aerobics trainers/instructors; Because being fit is the new swag!
